Brian grew up in a manufacturing town, Marion, Indiana. His father, Kenneth Gallmeier, worked in Finance at General Motors, eventually becoming a manager with Cadillac at the engineering headquarters in Davison, Michigan. Kenneth passed away at the age of 56 from cancer.

 Kenneth inspired Brian Gallmeier at a young age to also work in the automotive industry. After earning a degree at Indiana University in Marketing, and then an MBA from Ohio University in Finance and Distribution, Mr. Gallmeier was recruited by Ford Motor Company to be a part of their leadership development team. One of Mr. Gallmeier’s peers in that class is now the President of Ford and Lincoln Motor Companies.  

The Sales and Finance Process became Mr. Gallmeier’s lifelong passion while growing from his roles at Ford. Brian learned the details of every customer-facing position at a dealership including Finance, Sales, Sales Management, Service Management, and General Management. 

 Taking a step into retail, Mr. Gallmeier became what was most likely the Midwest’s greatest producer in the finance office while working for a large dealer group carrying most brands. Ranked 1st out of 125 F&I managers 3 years in a row, Brian was recruited by the agency responsible for training the group he worked for. After 2 years, Mr. Gallmeier formed his own agency and began his trek to become one of the larger agents in the Midwest, developing stores of all sizes and segments.
